Our bad weather continues.
We were supposed to have dinner tonight at our Golf Club but the weather
could be really bad. Roads tend to ice
up here. I bought Gnocchi at Costco some
time ago and recently bought an artichoke sauce at Williams Sonoma. I combined the two and cooked up some shrimp,
perfect and easy. Cold and damp and my
body do not work well.
